All products (excluding exhaust components/accessories) come with a Manufacturer Warranty from the date of invoice.

Brown Davis - 3 years 60,000kms for domestic, 2 years 40,000kms for commercial

Genie Extractors – 2 years (6 months for LPG applications)

Genie Cat Assemblies – 1 year (unless otherwise stated), 6 months for OEM LPG - excludes any aftermarket LPG applications

Hayman Reese - Lifetime on manufacturing for as long as you own the car

King Brown Exhausts - 5 years (excludes cat converters)

Legendex & Genie Stainless Systems - 3 years or 5 years with a registered warranty card

Lukey Universal Mufflers - 2 years

Magnaflow Universal Mufflers - Lifetime Warranty, 1 year arranty on black finished product

Magnaflow Cat Converters - 1 year (unless otherwise stated), 6 months for OEM LPG - excludes any aftermarket LPG applications

Pacemaker Headers - 2 years (6 months for LPG applications)

Pacemaker Exhausts - 5 years (excludes cat converters)

Redback Extreme Duty - 10 years

Redback Sports - 2 years

SS Inductions - 1 year

VIPER Performance Exhausts - 2 years

XFORCE Universal Mufflers Mild Steel - 1 year

XFORCE Universal Mufflers Stainless Steel - 2 years

XFORCE Accessories & Electronics - 1 year

XFORCE Stainless Headers - 2 years

Standard Replacement Parts - 2 years (unless otherwise stated)

Catalytic Converters - 1 year (unless otherwise stated), 6 months for OEM LPG - excludes any aftermarket LPG applications

WARRANTY TERMS

Warranty replacement parts are only issued after inspection of part by the manufacturer (this may require return of the product to our Knoxfield head office) and are subject to approval.

Performance Exhaust will provide a replacement part (no refunds) for the following issues:
Item is damaged and unusable upon arrival
There is a manufacturing fault with the product
Product has failed due to a manufacturing fault or quality

All warranties are limited and do not apply if:
Parts are not installed correctly
Parts have been abused, altered or damaged in any way
Parts are not correctly maintained
Parts are not operated within the manufacturers specifications, installed on modified or high performance engines, vehicles or race cars.
Extractors/Manifolds have been wrapped with heat/insulation tape

Manufacturer Warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not include any additional costs of labour, fitting or damages. Performance Exhaust is not liable for losses or expenses incurred due to defects or any third party claims.
